This page explains how to request deletion of your Quinn account and associated data. Quinn is operated by Quinn Care Private Limited.

01How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and the data associated with it, email us from the email address registered to your account:

Subject: Account Deletion Request — [your username] — Quinn

Include: your username or registered email, the Quinn product you use (for example, the Quinn app or quinn.live), and whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data.

Email a deletion request

Sending your request from the email address registered to your account helps us verify that the request is genuine. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us in your email and we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request.

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize:

04What data may be retained

We may retain certain data after account deletion where we are legally required or permitted to do so — for example, billing and tax records, and records needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Residual copies in routine backups are purged on our standard backup rotation schedule. See the Data retention section of our Privacy Policy for details.

05Deleting specific data without closing your account

If you want certain data deleted (for example, specific uploaded content) without deleting your whole account, say so in your email using the same subject line, and describe the data you want removed. You can also exercise other rights over your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
