This page explains how to delete your Quinn account and the data associated with it. Quinn is operated by Quinn Care Private Limited.
01Delete your account in the app
The fastest way — and the one we recommend — is to delete your account yourself, from inside the Quinn mobile app:
- Open the Quinn app and go to Account.
- Tap Request account deletion and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account, your uploaded images and your generated videos are erased from our database and from storage straight away. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account or its content afterwards.
02If you cannot use the app
If you no longer have the app installed, or you use the Quinn web platform, email us from the email address or with the phone number registered to your account:
Subject: Account Deletion Request — [your username] — Quinn
Include: the phone number or email registered to your account, the Quinn product you use (for example, the Quinn app or quinn.live), and whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data.
Sending your request from the address or number registered to your account helps us verify that the request is genuine. If you no longer have access to it, tell us in your email and we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request. Once verified, we delete the account on the same basis as in-app deletion: immediately and permanently.
03What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we erase:
- Account & profile data — your phone number, name, and, for web platform accounts, your email, company, role, and login credentials;
- Customer Content — images, videos, prompts, and related materials you uploaded or generated; and
- Usage data associated with your account.
04What data may be retained
We deliberately retain payment and transaction records after account deletion, because tax and accounting law requires it. We may also retain limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, and to comply with other legal obligations. 05Deleting specific data without closing your account
If you want certain data deleted (for example, specific uploaded content) without deleting your whole account, say so in your email using the same subject line, and describe the data you want removed. You can also exercise other rights over your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
